Shipping Policy
At Puppies Nest, we want your order to reach you and your furry friend safely. Orders are processed within [1–3] business days, and estimated delivery takes [7–15] business days depending on the product and your location. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
All prices are in GBP (£). If your order includes more than one item, products may arrive separately or on different days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods, sales, or public holidays. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, just email us at support@puppiesnest.com and we'll sort it out right away. 🐾
Return & Exchange Policy
Your happiness and your pet's comes first. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To start a return, please email us first at support@puppiesnest.com with your order number and (if the item is faulty) a quick photo , don't send anything back before contacting us, as we'll give you the correct return instructions. Items should be unused and in their original condition.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
